Our controlled security entrance is covered to offer Residents and guests protection from the rain and snow. The halls are well lit but not too bright.
There are no steps to climb at Clair Oak.
We have a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom suites to choose from. All have 4 piece baths, broadloom in the living areas and a large utility / storage closet. Kitchens are equipped with modern full size fridges and stoves and double stainless steel sinks. Each suite also offers a large private balcony.
The building, and your water, are heated by an efficient and clean burning gas fired system - at our expense.
There are no steps to climb at Clair Oak--our elevator will move you quickly from the 1st to 8th floor. Clean, bright laundry facilities are provided for the Residents. Meet your neighbours. Enjoy!
Outside, the grounds are well landscaped and shaded and there is plenty of parking for our Residents and their guests. Our full time Managers are ready and willing to help make your stay with us pleasant, enjoyable and long lasting.
