Yet it's still close to shopping (the full service Nortown plaza is only minutes from the property at St. Clair and MacNaughton), banking, schools, churches and the Chatham General Hospital. The City bus can pick you up right in front of the building to take you to your more distant destinations.
Tierra Vista is a modern building built in 1979. It's design is fresh and efficient with all the fire safety systems and convenience you might expect.
Our controlled security entrance is covered with a long canopy to offer Residents and guests protection from the rain and snow. The halls are well lit but not too bright. The are temperature controlled - warm and cozy in the winter and cool and fresh in the summer.
We have a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites to choose from. All have 4 piece baths, broadloom in the living areas and a large utility / storage closet. Kitchens are equipped with full size fridges and stoves and double stainless steel sinks. Each suite also offers a large private balcony.
For your added comfort all suites have individually controlled and efficient baseboard heating and, at our cost, we provide you with all the gas fired hot water you'll ever need.

There are no steps to climb at Tierra Vista. Our elevator will move you quickly from the 1st to 4th floor. Clean, bright laundry facilities are provided for the Residents' total convenience. And a social room. Meet your neighbours. Enjoy it!
Outside, the grounds are well landscaped and shaded and there is plenty of parking for our Residents and their guests. Our full time Resident Managers are ready and willing to help make your stay with us pleasant, enjoyable and long lasting.
For rental enquiries call our Resident Managers at 351-1203 or visit them in their Tierra Vista suite. They can arrange to show you the premises and an available or "like suite" at your convenience.
But that's not where it ends. We can help you organize your move into Tierra Vista - from referring you to moving companies, to scheduling your use of the elevator on move-in day, and by providing you with a "Welcome Wagon" visit if you are new to the city.
